There are many reasons why consumers are turning to minicars more now than ever before. Some say its because of their edgy style that stands out amongst the crowd. Whatever the reason, Honda knows that small vehicles are taking over, and they're planning to enter the minicar market in a big way.

More specifically, we here at Germain Honda of Naples are talking about the Big H's plan to launch a new model called the N Box. While its name might sound more like it fits in with the ranks of Nintendo or Microsoft, the N Box is actually a very uniquely designed minicar. In fact, it would even seem as though someone forgot to tell Honda about what sort of conventions vehicles in the minicar segment usually follow because it breaks each of them in a way that we love!

The Honda N Box features a - you guess it - boxy design, much like the larger Cube and Soul. Though the N Box is substantially smaller than these two models, we can assure you that it isn't too big for its frame either. Rather, this compelling design compliments the vehicle's stature quite nicely.

Another convention that Honda missed with the N Box is that minicars usually feature two doors. Honda knows, however, that four doors are far more convenient, and that trumps class conventions any day of the week.

The one trait that Honda stuck to like glue is in the realm of fuel economy and eco-friendliness. The vehicle's small size lends itself to far travel on minimal gas, but that's not the only place where it wows those who care about the environment. The company has even gone as far as to construct the vehicle form 90-percent recycled parts.

For now, Honda is only planning to offer the N Box in the Japanese market.
