I really didn't want to sign a new lease until fall but John was able to work me a great deal on a 2015 2 months before my lease ran out for the same money that I was previously paying.

My experience was awesome! I was greeted the moment I showed up to happy and friendly faces. Everyone was really great. I worked mostly with Tim Stack who was very knowledgeable and warm and had a friendly face and demeanor the entire time I was there. Christian in Finance was also awesome! He went step by step in thru all of my paperwork and answered any questions I had. He was very patient and professional. Overall my experience at Germain Honda of Naples was superb! Well done!

We went to the dealer to look at the 2015 CR-V after reading about it in the newspaper. The salesman greeted us and after showing us a CR-V, asked if we would like to take a test drive. We were hesitant, but after looking at the CR-V we decided that we would like to take a test drive. We took the test drive and were impressed with the CRV. There was no pressure from the salesman to go further, he simply asked if we would like to get more information. We decided to get a have our car appraised and look at the CR-V pricing. Still no pressure on us to buy. After getting the information and being greeted by the sales manager we went home. We called the salesman the following morning at 9 am and within a few minutes the deal was closed and we were told that we could pick up the CR-V later in the morning. We went to the dealership at 11:30 am to sign the paperwork. The person from finance explained all of the documents that we signed and presented additional extended warranty options; again no pressure to buy. After completion of the paperwork and a hello from the sales manager, the salesman took us to our spotless new CR-V and explained in great detail all of the features and how to used them. He even paired one of our cell phones. The entire experience was a pleasure. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and we were never under any pressure to buy the car. We highly recommend this dealer.

Excellent experience!!! My car had multiple issues and Rafael Hernandez helped tremendously in explaining the problems and repair suggestions. What really was impressive is he connected me to Jeff Wisser the technician who was working on the vehicle to have him explain the reasons for the problems. Together they made me feel comfortable the vehicle would be repaired to the highest standards. Great Job to both Rafael and Jeff.

Salesman (Seref) was straight forward and honest. A pleasure to deal with. I wish all car sales folks were like him. Only minimal haggling and he delivered what he promised. I had a few issues with the car (it was a used car) and the sales team was great about getting me the right attention from service; however, when dealing directly with service, I was not overly pleased. When dealing with service, I felt more like a nuisance than a customer and needed to get assistance from the sales team more often than should have been necessary.
