In April of 2013 I went to Germain Honda of Naples to have my other car serviced. While waiting I sought out Dalia, who I had spoken to 2 months prior. I told her I remembered her polite manner and that I was considering purchasing a Nissan Altima or maybe a second Honda. After 45 minutes my decision was made, I now have 2 Hondas. Dalia is a superlative salesperson. She has all the positive attributes a salesperson should have.
