He knew when to check in and provide information. Everything fell into place easily and we came out with a new car. Even though we finished late in the evening (closing time), he spent the extra time helping me get to know the car's features and making sure I was comfortable.

Valder was our primary salesman, and did a excellent job of presenting the products. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing as his knowledge, demeanor and personality was instrumental in our ultimate purchase decision. Ben was likewise excellent in his personality and helpfulness, although not directly involved in our purchase. It is obvious some serious thought has gone into the hiring parameters for the personnel at this dealership, and that decision is to be commended. We test drove both the Pilot and CR-V, ultimately electing the CR-V. Mike was honest and straightforward about our decision, and helped to head us in the direction of the CR-V after analyzing our long-term use of the vehicle, which ultimately eliminated the Pilot. We appreciated his lack of 'high pressure' to sell us the more expensive vehicle. Don was professional and business oriented in presenting the contract. The one surprise was the additional cost of insurance options recommended. We finally chose the Ultimate package, but it did add on a considerable amount to the final cost, and took quite a bit of time to digest and decide on these options. Since we had a quite a bit of waiting time, it would have been better to think about all this and arrived at a decision prior to meeting with Don in Finance. However, he was quite patient with us, and provided many different scenario's and cost options as we struggled through the process. I did have my heart set on the EX-L-NAV vehicle, and since we were replacing our 14 year old Lincoln Navigator we bought in 2002, this purchase will likely be our last new car (we are in our mid-60's, and keep our vehicles for many years) so having to sacrifice our desire to have the NAV system was a bit disappointing, but the only NAV equipped vehicle available (arriving sometime in mid-December) was the wrong color and interior for us. So we ended up with an 2015 CR-V EX-L on the lot. It seems the NAV equipped vehicles are scarce, and are back-ordered throughout SW Florida. It may warrant further review of the market and order more of these type vehicles if the demand is there. The entire experience was positive and enjoyable, especially in view that it was not our intention to purchase that day, but only to look and educate ourselves on the product(s). We have a 2010 Honda Fit; our boat is powered with a Honda 135 4-stroke, our pressure washers, home generator and brush hog are Honda powered. So we are Honda converts, and thus the reason for ultimately purchasing another Honda product. We have never been disappointed. We would most certainly recommend this dealership and the above mentioned personnel for anyone considering a Honda automobile! Sincerely, Tim and Marilyn Campbell

The friendliness, cooperation, and respect demonstrated by this dealership is a rare find in today's world. I was able to agree on a price before coming to the dealership, there were no gimmics, and the sales representatives appeared to work together cooperatively instead of competing with each other. I purposely drove almost an hour to go to this dealership because of its customer service rating and I was not disappointed.

I was very upset to have my car be held hostage overnight after an oil change because the Service Department's computers went down and they couldn't issue a receipt and sent an email to the General Manager about the situation when I arrived home. He responded immediately with an apology, and forwarded my email to the Service Department Manager. The Dept. Manager emailed and phoned to assure me this was not their usual mode of operation. He offered a free future oil change and refund. I was very pleased with their rapid and fair response, and would like to take this opportunity to thank both the General Manager and Service Department Manager for rectifying this situation.
