A Message from Steve Germain

In 1947, my grandfather, Warren Germain, left Dearborn, Michigan as Henry Ford's personal accountant to open one of the first Mercury dealerships in the Midwest in Bexley, Ohio. Warren was fulfilling Mr. Ford's desire to make automobile purchases more accessible outside of Detroit.  Since then, we have grown our company by partnering with world-class manufacturers that I am proud to represent. Today, we have fourteen franchises and fifteen stores in four markets across Ohio (Columbus and Beavercreek), Michigan (Ann Arbor), and Florida (Naples).

I am passionate about providing a place where more than 1000 associates can grow professionally and support their families. The company would not be where it is today without the dedication and talent of our associates, and I believe we attract the best. I am blessed that our family business has attracted the fourth generation and love getting to work with my children, who all share my passion for our industry and brand. My children, Jessica, Zach, and Austin, continue to develop their skills and knowledge through various positions and experiences within the business.

I believe that we must be progressive in every way- from the technology we use to the processes we implement in order to stand apart and attract and retain our valued customers. We expect each member of our team to represent not only the brand, but our family, by living our non-negotiable mission and core values. It is by living out our mission and values that our brand will serve our loyal customers for generations to come.
