I had an emergency with plastic? splash guard underneath the Front end that got torn down and dragging the pavement when parking at a cement curb they were able to take me in right away and fixed it so that I could make the long 30 mile drive home

Christopher did a great job welcoming me and making the experience a pleasant one for my 2022 Honda CRV-EXL oil change. The only blip, and no fault of Christopher’s, was that there were two drips of oil on the front bumper and one on the hood. I was in and out in an hour and a half..

After expressing interest in a vehicle online I was quickly contacted by Sales Associate Soren Oliva who provided me with helpful pricing info and video of the interior and exterior of the car. The next day I met with Soren, test drove the new vehicle and successfully negotiated a deal to complete the purchase. Everyone I dealt with at Germain Honda was friendly and fair. I had received monthly offers to Upgrade my 2024 Honda CRV and waited until March for what I saw as a very good offer. There was some give and take with Carlos Moreno but we came to a deal rather quickly. The finance manager was somewhat of a battle but this time I prevailed.

The dealership has very polite and professional employees and the facilities are very clean and customer friendly. Carlos Lopez was my service POC and he was very attentive and professional.
