A native of Maryland, Steve, recently relocated to Naples, Florida to join the Germain Honda team, bringing over 20 years of experience in the automotive business, most recently as a General Manager of a dual franchise dealership.
Starting as an entry-level lot attendant at the age of 16, Steve worked his way to General Manager, while holding every variable retail position within dealerships throughout the greater metropolitan area of Maryland. In less than 18 months, Steve and his team turned around an underperforming store, by focusing on inventory acquisition, pre-owned vehicle sales and certification, resulting in increased fixed operation revenue and overall store profitability.
Steve is very passionate about providing clients with a fun, stress free and transparent car-buying experience. Aside from assisting clients, his day to day operational focus is inventory acquisition, talent requisition and coaching the next generation of Client Advisors while embracing the rapidly changing automotive industry.
When not at the dealership, Steve spends his free time with his wife and daughter, on the golf course, or traveling. He always enjoys a good meal with friends and family, whether that is a dinner at the newest restaurant in town or hosting a dinner party while honing his culinary skills.
As a sales manager, Andrew manages the client advisors as well as assists with customer follow up and customer service. He has 10 years (since he was 19 years old) in the auto industry, is Master Certified with Nissan, Infiniti and Chevrolet.
Andrew has high values for patience and loyalty in addition to always treating everyone with respect.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Andrew moved to Florida to work with Germain due to their outstanding principles and values. He is married with 2 children.
Claude has been a Certified Honda Service Manager since 2006.With 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has been an ASE Master Technician since 1989. Fun fact:Claude is an avid alligator hunter.
Nate has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry in inventory management, finance and sales as well as a materials manager in the aviation & aerospace industry.
His paramount career move was being recruited to lead the “best parts team in the industry” in his words. He believes in the Germain Mission Statement and is enjoying his career with Germain Motor Company.
Nate is a dual sport rider, a hunter and an alligator hunter!
Fun fact: Nate is a Master knife sharpener and pen maker!
Seref’s golden rule, “Treat others the same as you want to be treated”. He has garnered multiple awards including the Gold Star with Mitsubishi & Hyundai and the Gold Master with Honda. Seref is a historian, loves world history and says, “Wisdom begins in Wonder”. He is involved with animal rescue and a noted accomplishment is ‘walking on the path’. Fun fact: When Seref is around, there’s a new Sherriff in town!
Angel has been in car sales for over 2 years and values his customers which helps him work hard to make them happy. Previously he was a manager for a large retail store which is where he became experienced in customer service. Angel is very dependable and friendly and is looking to further his career.
Trent treats customers how he would like to be treated which bring smiles to their faces.He has 2 years of experience in collections at Herc Rentals and garnered the Employee of the Quarter.Trent was born and raised in Naples, has a Bachelors degree in Finance from UCF and is a diehard Pittsburg Steelers fan.He enjoys a good time with family & friends on his boat.
Gabriela practices her core values in every aspect of her life. HONESTY; Being honest is key in all areas of life, but mostly in her job to make sure she provides her customers with an honest experience. POSITIVITY; Staying positive is her nature, being positivity just about everything will result in many more positive outcomes throughout life in general. PASSION; She takes great passion in what she does all day, every day. Gabriela is an Entrepreneur with a clothing boutique internationally in Costa Rica and she is currently working on expanding her boutique here in the U.S. starting in Miami and Naples, Fl. The clothing ranges from new born all the way to Mom, Dad and plus sizing. Something for the whole family. One of Gabriela’s most amazing accomplishments is owning her own international clothing boutiques, in addition to being a Naples High School cheerleader for 4 years including cheer captain her senior year, and pole vaulting. Marcelo, who is fluent in English and Spanish, believes that hard work and honesty pays off, keeping a positive mind no matter what the situation. He provides a world class experience for all of his clients, moreover providing all kinds of solutions for their wants and needs.
Formally, Marcelo was the Microsoft Expert at Best Buy being top in the company for sales, including driving sales to other departments. He has been in sales for over 5 years, is Google Analytics Certified, as well as having experience in website development.
Married with 2 children, Marcelo loves going out with friends. He is a recording artist generally focusing in Spanish Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Reggaeton and R & B.
Personal tidbit: A friend who understand your tears is much more valuable than a lot of friends who only know your smile.
Jeanne has been selling cars since the early 1990’s and reached her Silver Certified achievement throughout her career with Honda. She has determined that Honda is the BEST car and strives for complete customer satisfaction.
Jeanne’s life skills and ability to interact with the public give her great qualifications in her position as a Client Advisor. She also has well rounded experience in brand management, web presence, photography & video and data entry.
Jeanne is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers & Penguins fan. She is a Honda enthusiast and loves going to all different kinds of car shows.
Tidbit: Jeanne says, “Choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life!”
Anahi loves to meet and help new people find their future dream vehicle. Her goal is to become a Finance Manager.
Although new to the car business, she has many years of customer service in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Anahi is an active listener, a great problem solver and has a great relationship working along side her co-workers. She takes pride in helping her customers with honesty and efficiency.
Honesty and straight forwardness are most important to Dale.He studied at FGCU and is new to the car sales business but previously worked in marketing for the Motor Trend group.Dale is a big soccer fan so he’s always willing to chat about the game.Fun fact:Dale’s dad actually named him after Dale Earnhardt!
Sonia has been in the auto industry for 11 years, achieving many awards based on her product knowledge, hard work, discipline and honesty. She enjoys assisting her customers with selecting the vehicle that best suits their needs and budgets.
Sonia loves to travel, as well as meeting new people.
As a very compassionate person, Jamie enjoys making people happy. She loves her job, the new people she meets and talks to and quickly establishes a rapport with customers as well as co-workers.

Melissa started with Germain Motor Company in March 2006 as a title clerk, then moving to the corporate account payables/receivables. After a year she was booking deals and learning all aspects of the accounting department. Melissa quickly fell in love with the dealership process and continued to want to learn as much as she could, expanding her wide range of skills, helping her to arrive at the current position of Office Manager.
She has a strong work ethic and handles multiple tasks at once. The interaction with the staff members, and her people skills helps greatly when managing multiple different personalities. Melissa feels having the correct people in certain key roles can only help with the growth of the brand and one’s own personal growth. Learning something new every day means every day.

Melissa’s family is number one in her life. She is a huge animal lover – they are not just animals; they are her kids as well.
Carlos’ interest in the auto industry began when he was test driving vehicles for Rousch. As the Shipper/Receiver in the parts department, he is also experienced in customer service, assisting customers at the counter and over the phone.
He makes sure that the dealership affiliated shops and dealers receive their correct parts when they order them, ensuring they are correctly labeled and stocked in an orderly manner.
Carlos is a collaborator and enjoys working as a team with a group of people. The parts department team is filled with experienced and wonderful people. They get the best out of him and drive him to do better appreciating the support he gets from his team.
He has received an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Florida Southwestern State College and is currently working on getting a Finance degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Carlos is bilingual. He speaks, reads, and writes in Spanish fluently.
Personal tidbit: Carlos is from Bolivia and enjoys stand-up comedy, especially from comedian Dave Chappelle.
